Cleanroom assembly press

PROMESS has designed the assembly press series UFM Precsion HD4 (Hygienic Design) for applications in cleanroom environments, certified according to cleanroom class ISO 4 (DIN EN ISO 14644). A well-conceived design of sealings, filters and surface refinement minimises the particle emission of the assembly press and allows for a precise production without contamination of the environment. All components of the system comprise of FDA approved material or are coated with FDA approved materials. The complete system is easy to clean.

The units are equipped with an absolute encoder which eliminates the need for referencing. The digital preamplifier transfers the force signal at a resolution of 24-bit almost trouble-free, so that a system accuracy of 0.3 % from the final value is achieved. The UFM V5.xx programming software offers all possibilities for an overall quality control and process monitoring.
