Features of the PSB
As an option to our universal joining modules UFM Line5 RX we offer the PROMESS Safety Box PSB RX. It is suitable as an alternative to control cabinet integration for production in automated assembly lines and contains all necessary safety functions and power components. A separate bus system allows the press control system to communicate directly with the safety control system and simplifies remote diagnosis.
During the development, great importance was attached to fast commissioning and the compact design. The box can be conveniently mounted near the servo press, reducing cable lengths and eliminating the need for wiring. Your servo press is thus ready for operation within a very short time.

Features of the PSD RX
The safety module PSD RX is supplied as a ready-to-install and tested module. Among other things, it contains the power electronics and the safety control for the joining unit. The following safety functions can be realised: STO in Ple according to DIN ISO 13849-1; optional: SSx and SLS in PLd according to DIN ISO 13849-1 (for UFM Line5 RX with safety brake). The safety module facilitates and speeds up the commissioning of the assembly unit. It is suitable for our UFM Line5 RX units with and without brake, provided that it is controlled via a field bus.

Our robust C-frames are characterised by their good accessibility from the front and the side, their high rigidity and low bending. They are particularly suitable for integration into assembly lines or machines.
The lower plates are provided as standard with a central bore and 2-T-slots for optimum tool holding. The upper plates are completely prepared to accommodate the corresponding joining module.
Our four-column frames are suitable for applications with centric axial force application. They have the advantage of low bending, which only has a parallel effect.
